Survived Kawa Kon, and I got to pick the brain of Amelie Belcher while there. When to both of her Panels (technically workshops) on How not to Draw and then Art Gone Wild which focused on how to anthromorphize animals.
Here's a guess. Learn. Fucking. Anatomy.
So you know what that means?
I'm QUALIFIED bitches! That's right, Paleontology and knowing the anatomy of turtles, sharks, mud-puppies, cats, frogs, and extinct animals. I know my anatomy bitches!
So, anyway, I did that, got to meet another artist, handed out several business cards while I was there (cause I was ~DR and walked around with a sketchpad).
Anyway, I survived Kawa Kon, and managed to get the network key for my GF's net, so yeah... sneaky sneaky. I also played Exalted and a lot of Magic The Gathering. So I had fun gaming and learning art techniques.
